Floresville Middle School’s cheer program is a vibrant and spirited community initiative that energizes school events, builds confidence, and fosters teamwork among its participants. Geared toward students in 7th and 8th grade, the program combines spirited performance routines, cheerleading technique, and school pride in a fun and structured environment.
Participants learn a variety of skills—ranging from cheers, chants, and dance choreography to basic stunting and tumbling—under the guidance of caring coaches. Practices focus not only on physical development and coordination but also on leadership, communication, resilience, and supporting fellow students on and off the field.
Performing at pep rallies, home sporting events, and community functions, these young athletes play an important role in promoting a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere. More than just routines and sideline presence, the Floresville Middle School cheer program encourages personal growth, long-lasting friendships, and a strong sense of belonging within the school community.
